CAN I ACCESS MY INVOICES AND PAYMENT HISTORY?

You can access you account history by following the link contained in the email with your invoice.

WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Monthly payments are charged to your credit card each month. Cards that are accepted include Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Any period greater than one month (quarterly, six monthly, or annually) requires payment by credit card, direct deposit or PayPal.
Payments by cheque are not accepted.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL MY SERVICE?

All you need to do is to email us and request us to do so.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR ANYTHING I HAVE PREPAID?

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions paid in advance. That means that if you subscribe month to month, you may cancel and forfeit the remainder of the months prepayment. Same thing goes for subscriptions paid quarterly, six monthly or yearly in advance.
If for some reason, you ask for a refund because of delays or some other issue that is as a result something we have done, then of course we will refund the cost to you.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

Payment is required with your order or immediately upon receipt of your invoice.
Recurring monthly invoices are automatically charged to a credit card that you have provided.
Recurring invoices for periods greater than one month are payable immediately. We do understand that this is not always possible, for a range of reasons. A reminder invoice is automatically sent and services are at risk of suspension after a period of 21 days.
We suggest that if you are having payment difficulty or cannot arrange payment to simply contact us to arrange payment or vary your subscription.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED?

Where website, email marketing or social media subscriptions have been suspended due to late payments we will require any outstanding balances to be paid and may also apply a reactivation fee.
Where there has been an ongoing pattern on non-payment which results in additional administrative costs to us, we  may also require payment in advance of 3, 6 or 12 months.

WHAT ARE MY OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

As part of the services we provide we are obliged to ensure that services are to the best of our ability error free and fully operational.
Our services are intended to assist you in the marketing of your firm and to provide tools that allow you to increase exposure to your clients and prospective clients. We cannot guarantee any outcome from the use of these services.
It is your responsibility to make use of our services. The greater and more effectively you utilise our services the greater the likelihood of a financial return. We will help you with our services and modify them from time to time based on suggestions and our own knowledge. However, it is solely your responsibility to see that our services are implemented in the most effective way with reference to your own marketing plan.

WHAT IS NOT PART OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?

All of our products are intended to be marketing tools for you to use to improve your business. We do not aim to provide a full marketing strategy.
If your marketing strategy is evolving we are happy to make reasonable changes based on your design credits. However, we cannot continually make changes based on changes to your approach.

CAN I KEEP MY WEBSITE IF I CANCEL?

Because your website is a subscription based service your website will be taken down if you cancel.

WHO OWNS MY WEBSITE?

We retain intellectual property rights to all software, techniques, content and design elements that we have provided.
Everything that you have provided to the site remains your intellectual property.

WHAT DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION COST INCLUDE?

The features included in our website package will vary from time to time as we add to and change our packages.
You will need to refer to the package subscribed to to determine which specific features are included.
Your ongoing subscription costs includes:

  1. Website and email hosting (or redirect of emails to your own email services)
  2. Technical support
  3. Website updates
  4. Site monitoring
  5. Ongoing web application updates
  6. Annual website reviews and design updates
  7. Bi- annual website redesigns and application updates
  8. Annual of any new features that have become part of your package since last review
  9. Domain registration for one domain provide the domain is hosted of our domain management system and all fees are up to date.

ARE DOMAIN AND WEBSITE MANAGEMENT THE SAME THING?

Domain management refers to the systems used to manage your domain name, online redirection and email aliases.
Website management deals with the nuts and bolts of your actual website, making sure that it is functioning and necessary updates are made.

WHO UPDATES MY WEBSITE?

We give you permissions to edit content on your own site. However, we advise that if you are updating images or want to add new pages that you contact us and we will do it for you as part of your subscription.
We will update your blog with new content every week. We also advise clients to be as active as possible on their own blogs in order to make the most out of our products and improve SEO.

WHY AM I NOT ON THE TOP OF GOOGLE WHEN I SEARCH MY FIRM?

Search engines like Google order search results based on complex algorithms that are constantly changing. Essentially, these algorithms try to determine how functional and relevant your site is.
Using our SEO tool you can improve your search engine ranking, and we aim to incorporate as many of your key search words into the URL structure of your site as possible.

CAN I INTEGRATE OTHER WEB APPLICATIONS WITH MY WEBSITE?

Yes we can integrate other web applications into your website. The time and cost involved with integrating different applications varies significantly, so we quote on a case by case basis. If the integration is simple, we are often happy to complete the work free of charge. However, if there is coding involved then we will quote accordingly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A WEBSITE?

Generally speaking, the more effectively a client communicates with us, the faster we are able to turn a website around. If you have a clear idea about what you want and respond to our questions promptly, we can typically complete a website in a week.
However, most firms will spend some time considering their options and on average websites take between 2-4 weeks.

WHAT DOES ‘GO LIVE’ MEAN?

‘Go live’ refers to the point at which we agree that your website is fit for public viewing, or 45 days after we have initiated the project, whichever is first.
The reason that we consider a site to be live after 45 days is that if it has not been completed in the time frame, the client has not been participating in the project.
